Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 10 oz plus 1 cups mini marshmallows
- 5 cups Lucky Charms
- Green food colouring (optional)
- Rainbow Sprinkles (optional)
Tips & Tricks:
- Lucky Charms: Mix into the melted marshmallows quickly to stop the lucky charms from melting.
- Food Colouring: I added 2 drops of liquid green food colouring to this recipe to slightly tint the marshmallows but for a more vibrant effect add a few more drops.
- When mixing the lucky charms in feel free to add more lucky charms if you notice a lot of extra marshmallows pooling at the bottom of the bowl.
- Butter: Add butter to you hands to stop the marshmallows from sticking when adding them to the baking dish.
- Toppings: you can add more marshmallows to the top after it’s in the dish or even sprinkles.
- Baking Dish: A pan like this would work great in this recipe.
