Need a quick snack or cookie alternative? Apple cookies are delicious and super quick idea. It’s as simple as slicing up the an apple and coving it in peanut butter or whatever nut butter you have around. Toppings are endless, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, mini m&m’s, oats, and even fruits like chopped strawberries.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Apple
  • 2-3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut shreds
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats

Tips & Tricks:

  • Apples: Slice you apples into disks instead of wedges. Use an apple core or a a piping tip to punch out the middle of the apple that has the seeds.
  • Peanut Butter: Use any kind of nut butter you have in the house, almond, sunflower, etc. Or change it up completely and use nutella.

Apple “cookies” could not be simpler. Smother your apple slices in peanut butter and top with whatever chocolate goodness you have.

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple

  • 2-3 tbsp tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut shreds

  • 1 tbsp rolled oats

Directions

  • Start with a clean apple. Using a sharp knife cut the apple with wise into disks.
  • Use a knife or apple corer to remove the centre with the seeds.
  • Using a knife spread peanut butter on the apple slices and top with whatever toppings you have available. Enjoy!
