Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch thinly-sliced round radishes
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1½ tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 garlic cloves whole, peeled

Tips & Tricks for Pickled Radishes:

  • Washing the Radishes: Make sure to really scrub the radishes and make sure there is not dirt left on since these will not be peeled.
  • Slicing the Radishes: Use a mandoline to get even slices or you can cut them individually. Be sure to try and keep the slices thin.
  • Pickling Liquid: Heat the pickling liquid until all of the honey has dissolved. Once it’s ready pour the liquid almost to the top of the jar.
