Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk (use any milk you have)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup to make it vegan
- 1 tablespoon almond butter *optional
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 4 strawberries

Tips & Tricks:
- Old Fashioned Oats: Instant/quick/steel cut oats don’t work well in overnight oats because they don’t absorb the liquid the same way as old fashioned oats do.
- Fridge: If you can’t wait overnight you can wait a minimum of 4 hours and get a similar result.
- Finished Overnight Oats: You can eat overnight chilled or heated up, whatever you prefer!
- Strawberries: Swap the strawberries for any fruit you want. Blueberries, raspberries, mango, chocolate, peanut butter, ect.
- Additional Add Ins: For extra natural fats to make this more filling add some hemp hearts or a nut butter of your choice.
